Broker's Comments
This Beneteau First 42s7 is presented in excellent condition. She is a boat that has been privately owned and well cared for throughout her life. She looks good inside and out. She is the cruising version with a smaller rig and the main sheet traveller on the coach roof, with the main sheet lines coming back to the cockpit. She also has the advantage of a wing keel which reduces the draft yet still gives a good performance and a better motion in stronger winds. She has a large deep cockpit keeping the crew safe and dry.
The accommodation comprises of 2 large double cabins aft both leading into the main saloon. The heads is to port with a good sized navigation station opposite . The galley is to port with plenty of seating around the saloon table. This drops down to form another double berth. Going forward you enter the en-suite master cabin with a double bed and seating area.
In the summer of 2020 the engine was serviced and she was antifouled. She has a survey which was conducted in August 2020 and is Part 1 registered with the MCA.
If you wish to become the proud owner of this fine yacht please arrange an appointment to view.
