Broker's Comments
This Beneteau Antares Series 9 is in good condition for someone to step on board and have a boat ready for the season. The Antares 9 are perfect weekender boats but this one with its Limehouse mooring could also be an affordable London pied-a-terre.
It has loads of navigation equipment at the helm as well as a bow thruster and Webasto heating.
There is a double cabin in the bow with heads to the port side. The galley and saloon table are on the same level as the cockpit with big sliding doors.
The Limehouse leisure mooring is fully transferable. If you wanted to retain the boat there, the marina would charge a 5% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are £6,850 p.a.
