Broker's Comments

Boatshed Torbay are delighted to offer for sale this superb Beneteau Antares 980 Flybridge.

This boat was built in 2005 but the commissioned in 2006.

These boats are so highly sought-after and fairly rare on the market these days and it's easy to see why given their impressive looks, with that fantastic flybridge, and their reputation for speed, handling capabilities, and the luxurious accommodation that they offer. All of that in a boat which comes in at under 10m, keeping berthing fees low.

This particular boat is loaded up with lots of added extras and marine electronics which are detailed in full on the listing.

She has a very spacious forward cabin and a twin pullman berth located in the well appointed second cabin.

The wheelhouse is well equipped at the helm and can also be fully controlled from the comfortable flybridge as well. The flybridge gives the helmsman an amazing view ahead and also has a well equipped seating and lounging area.

Inside she seems to have be well looked after with the upholstery appearing in good condition.

The engines have been lovingly looked after and appear very tidy. They have now completed around 1400 hours and when we carried out a cold engine start both engines burst into life without hesitation and I noted hardly any visible exhaust smoke.

The rear of the boat has a nice big usable deck area which can also be altered with the rear section of the boat being able to slide backwards and forwards giving the option of a larger cockpit or a larger swim platform. A very clever design!

This is an excellent opportunity to own a stunning, well kept and highly sought vessel.

The owners have available to view on board, a survey of the vessel they had commissioned in February 2023. So please don't hesitate to contact me to arrange a viewing ASAP!
