Broker's Comments

The current owner purchased this boat as an ex-demonstrator from the importer with 6 hours on the clock. Since then she has been here in Neyland and used to potter up and down the estuary with friends and family. Although she has never been slept on, she does have a V to double berth in the front with a theoretical further double from a drop down dinette.
With low hours and light use, she is clean and well presented. In particular, the engine starts and runs beautifully. She is quiet and economical too. Only 4 litres per hour at 8 knots cruising!!
She has the full set of options that include:-Honda 10hp outboard engine, cockpit cushions, 240v shore power, cabin heating, windlass, fridge, cooker, twin batteries, cockpit canopy, forward grab rails and rope cutter.
She is freshly anti-fouled and ready to go. With all the positive comments above in mind, it is worth pointing out the minor drawbacks. She needs a new cockpit canopy, there is a tear in one of the cockpit cushions, she is due a service (due to time, not hours) and a quick wash and polish would not go amiss. The current owner is a fit and healthy 95 year old, but he is not minded to tinker with a boat any longer.
