The layout of the 3270 Explorer packs an amazing amount of usable space into a 32 foot boat.
Enter the main salon from the covered cockpit through a teak-trimmed sliding door. To starboard is a storage shelf with the lower helm forward to starboard in the roomy salon. Custom teak trim is installed above the helm and windows in the salon. To port aft in the salon is the entry to the clever double cabin which is below the upper dinette seating. This cabin features a pullman double berth, a sink and vanity, ample storage in drawers and lockers, and even a window to the outside for light and ventilation.
Above this cabin to port is the large dinette set on raised teak flooring which provides excellent visibility outside. This converts to a large double berth when desired. Windows wrap around the full salon for a great outlook. To port below is the full galley with three burner propane stove and oven, a microwave, double stainless steel sink, and refrigerator. The lower cabin features teak flooring, doors, and trim.
To starboard is a large marine toilet compartment with shower. Forward is the master cabin with a v-berth and filler to convert to a very large double berth. All the way forward is an access hatch to the anchor chain locker. Cabin heat is provided by engine hot water Red Dot type with a 12 V fan and electric space heaters. The generous flybridge is accessed by the ladder in the cockpit. Because of the hard cover over the cockpit the flybridge provides plenty of seating. The forward section is covered by a Bimini and includes the upper helm with forward facing and rear facing seating.

The 3270 Explorer is one of the most popular models built by Bayliner for good reason. The design features a truly spacious interior with two private double cabins, great views outside through wrap around window in the salon, a covered cockpit and a flybridge for a great ride aloft.
The hull design is a modified-V which functions as a "fast trawler" with good performance at a variety of cruising speeds. Our boat has recent Volvo gas engines with low hours of use. These engines permit performance, reliability, and economy at 8 to 10 knot speeds in this stable hull form. These are proven, reliable marine engines which can be maintained and serviced by many mechanics and shops throughout the West coast.
The boat shows well and is in very good cosmetic condition with some additional custom teak trim features inside. Given the popularity of these boats and the price and condition of ours we don't expect this one to be on the market for long. If you are interested in a 3270 Explorer, reach out to us soon for an appointment to go aboard the boat at our Seattle sales dock.
