Broker's Comments
A very well kept rare 4 cabin version of these spacious cruising yachts. Only used for 3 months of the year, and never chartered, she is stored ashore for the other 9 months, after meticulous preparation by her current owners of 6 years. She comes with everything necessary to jump aboard and go cruising, Pots, Pans, Cutlery, Crockery, Quality tools, Dive Gear, Tanks, old owners step off and new owners step aboard ! Recent new Upholstery, Curtains, Mirrors and Cockpit Cushions, the owner has a log with all routine maintenance and upgrades recorded. She is a 2005 model year boat but not first registered until 2006 when she was delivered to her first owner in Iceland !
Copper coat anti fouling in 2012.

Owner says :
This is not a charter boat, and has never had even a days charter of any kind.
This boat really requires a personal inspection to appreciate the quality and the maintenance levels, and the care taken to keep her in excellent condition. This would include viewing all of the maintenance logs and account ledger. We have a documented shut down and winterizing procedure, all available on the boat to view. Upon viewing you could also see that the boats gelcoat is in excellent condition which would not be possible to view in a picture on the internet. This is only made possible with 4 hand polishes a year.
The sails are the only sails at the marina, that are washed and dried, then flaked and stored in sail bags inside the boat. The boat is used for a maximum of 3 months per year, the other 9 months is on the hard stand with full custom fit boat covers, actually the best one that I have ever seen for its age.
