This is a 1975 hull which appears to be fitted out to a very high Standard, she was fitted out over a 30 year period & was 99% fitted out when the owner/builder sadly suffered a heart attack & never got to finish her. The son then did finish her & used her putting 50 hours on the engine before the current owner purchased the vessel.
Update- Jan 2017 Boat is now back in the water after antifouling and hull polish.

Bright & airy accommodation, the interior of this vessel is lovely, the woodwork looks good all the upholstery is in good order & the space in the saloon & the heads is very good. There is a very good sized wheel house & you could seat 8 people quite easily in the cockpit with its u-shaped seating across the aft. This vessel also has a decent sized flybridge with limited seating but more that enough room to put a dingy or liferaft.
2 burner propane Stove

Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
This I believe is the best example of these boats on the water today, she has only really been used on the water for the last 10 years & it appears to be a good example. The owner has receipts for every single nut & bolt that has been used & all the equipment is still modern due to her late fit out, The current owner has used this vessel on the east & south coasts as well as trips to France & Belgium. If your looking for a cruiser that will get you where you want to go at her own pace but in comfort she is certainly worth you seeing.
Viewing Highly Recommended!
