Broker's Comments
This is very nice example of this highly popular and sought-after river cruiser from Aquafibre same hull as the Broom 32 and very similar to the Broom model. This is a very tidy, well presented and well equipped example of this spacious 32 foot river cruiser.
The voluminous accommodation is in very good order and benefits from a double opening skylight which delivers lots of natural light into the spacious saloon. The saloon is graced with convivial opposing seating options that are clean and sympathetically upholstered and all in very good order. The starboard seating converts to a large double should you wish to have extra guests stay over. In total this vessel can sleep 7 people! The galley-down arrangement is fully equipped and well laid out with a full cooker, Waeco refrigerator, sink, drainer and microwave oven, along with plentiful storage space. Opposite the galley is the first of two heads compartments with sea toilets to holding tanks, vanity and basin with high level shower. Forward from this area is the ample fore cabin with twin V bunks. The forward cabin is completed with ample storage space and cupboards and tastefully upholstered.
From the saloon the companionway aft will take you to the master stateroom with a futher heads as per the forward arrangement with sea toilet to holding tank, vanity with basin and high level shower. This gives this great extended- cruising boat a spacious en-suite aft master cabin with plenty of storage. With the seperate guest cabin in the bow as detailed making this a highly desirable practical yet friendly layout for couples or families .
Twin helm stations both on the upper aft deck and saloon give you all weather cruising options what ever the weather, and both have great visibility and engine control instrumentation. The upper aft deck has plenty of room for larger parties to relax and see over the reeds from the elevated position to enjoy the river fully.
This particular boat benefits from recent servicing and an inventory of equipment that is extensive showing how this boat has been appreciated and maintained by past owners. With wide side decks and well positioned hand rails she is a very easy boat to get around externally.
Items such as bow thruster and Webasto 5kW diesel heating, additional electric tube cabin heaters etc are all fitted to make your boating more comfortable all year round.
Some of the wiring would benefit from a tidy up and a new tacho glass glass at the upper helm should also be considered, but are not essential.
At 8'6” air daft she will pass under all but wroxham and Potter Heigham bridges
She has a valid BSS to April 2023, was antifouled in August 2019 and has her Broads toll paid untill the end of March 2021. So she is a ready to go package. Her current mooring is paid to the end of August and this is included in the sale. Further mooring would need to be discussed by the new owner by separate agreement with the marina owner.
This is a very poular and roomy boat in great condition and ready to go, so will not be around for long.
